Every order is checked by a real person before production. We look at image quality, cropping, brightness, colour, and overall print readiness.
If something looks off, we do our best to catch it before your photos are printed. If we believe a photo may not print well, or if something needs your confirmation, we contact you by email before moving forward.

We offer hands-on photo enhancement and colour correction for images that need extra care. This can help with dark photos, strong sun shadows, older images, low-quality phone photos, and even professional photos that need small adjustments for print.

Fast In-House Production
Most Evergreen & Birch MagFrame orders are made in-house within 1–3 business days.
We are a small business, but that does not mean slow. Because we handle production directly, we can keep lead times short while still checking each order carefully.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, especially for international orders, but our in-house production is fast, personal, and carefully reviewed.

We offer two beautiful paper finish options:
Satin/Luster
A classic professional photo finish with rich colour, beautiful detail, and a soft sheen.
Enhanced Matte
A true matte finish with no reflection. This is a premium paper option similar to what professional photo labs use when a soft, glare-free look is preferred.
Mixtiles-style products often use a matte-like finish that may still have some glare. With Evergreen & Birch, you can choose the finish that best fits your photos and your space.

Standard Strong Mount
A strong everyday mounting option for most smooth, clean, compatible walls.
3-Part Protective Adhesive System
A more sensitive wall option designed for customers who want extra protection between the wall and the magnetic mounting plate.
As with any adhesive product, results can depend on the wall surface, paint, texture, humidity, cleaning, and installation. We always recommend applying to clean, dry, smooth, and solid surfaces.
