Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Free standard shipping on Canadian and U.S. orders over $100 CAD. Estimated delivery within Canada is 2–8 business days.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order ships. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours.
U.S. Orders — Customs, Duties & Taxes For U.S. customers, we prepay all applicable duties and tariffs whenever possible, ensuring no unexpected charges at your door. The price at checkout reflects your total cost. Applicable taxes are calculated based on your shipping location.
Shipping to Europe European orders are shipped via Canada Post International and typically arrive within 8–20 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary by destination country and local customs processing.
Free shipping on European orders over €100 EUR. For orders under €100 EUR, shipping rates are calculated by weight and displayed at checkout. Express shipping (4–7 business days) is also available at checkout.
Europe — Customs, Duties & Taxes Evergreen & Birch ships to Europe on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Import VAT and any applicable customs duties are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery, collected by your local carrier or customs authority.
Orders valued at €150 EUR or less are typically subject to VAT only. Orders above €150 EUR may be subject to both import VAT and customs duties depending on the destination country. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions before placing your order.
Damages Evergreen & Birch is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. We'll do our best to assist you through the process.
